Best Execution Pricing Models
Set and manage your closing costs and lending requirements in advance to ensure accurate quotes are given to your client. LoanBook matches up your requirements and provides clients with their lowest qualifying rates for multiple loan programs.

Branch Management
As a Manager, you can add and manage loan officers to define and unite specific client relationships, and to determine how your loan officers match up borrower needs with your mortgage loan products. Managers can also set closing costs and business requirements at the organization or branch level that flow down to each loan officer.

Loan Officer Dashboards
Each loan officer has their own LoanBook account for managing leads, prospects and client relationships. As a Manager or Administrator you'll also have the ability to define and monitor the savings and programs your loan officers present and those which borrowers can attain.
